Logistics Officer Role Description: Full compliance to Chinese laws and regulations with regards to (customs handbook, HS classification of finished products and imports), involve and give the suppliers optimal logistics solutions Be responsible for daily/weekly follow-up of normal delivery, 100% On Time Delivery performance Be responsible for customer complaint including quality issue, material return, etc. , monitor and coordinate it among Customer, forwarder, and factory for shipment tracking Forwarders selection, management, evaluation and continuous improvement to achieve continuous cost reduction Freight cost analysis, Air-freight control & reduction, transportation mode improvement Experience/Education Required: Very good communication skills both in English and Chinese Strong learning ability, positive attitude and teamwork spirit Technical skills: Highly skilled and hands-on experienced in customs handbook management. Deep knowledge of customs laws & regulations. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (customs handbook, import-export declaration). Previous audit experience on import-export operations would be a big plus Bachelor degree or above ， Majored in foreign trade, logistics or relating subject. Holding Customs Declaration Certificate is preferred. Experience in electronics, semiconductor manufacture experience is for benefit.
